Anonymous on "cannot renew"

Had the same problem and just stumbled upon the solution. I'm running WinXP.

Go to Startmenu > Programs > Ipswitch WS_FTP > Manage WS_FTP License
Or the corresponding exe in the program folder should be ipsactive.
