karlforz on "file won't transfer in binary"

I am using the script command PUT filename.txt filename.txt 1, but the file still tries to transfer in ASCII mode. The server won't accept it. When I do a manual transfer not using scripts, the file transfers ok in binary mode. I am using WS_FTP Pro 12 connecting to Amazon's new FTP server for EDI.
