I've got a WS FTP v7.5 server with two hosts defined (one for FTp and the other for SSH/SSL).
Both hosts reference the local Windows 2003 server's user database with regards to building their user account lists. This is done via the "synchronize" button on each host's users page.
For two years all was great, but yesterday the user database sync started failing for just one of the two hosts. Postgres database restores to much older backups make no difference. Really odd that one host syncs fine but not the other. Same WS FTP server instance, same Windows 2003 server SAM (local user) database, same Postgres database... Right now the problematic host works fine from the FTP client connection side of things, I just can't add or remove FTP user accounts from it. Even tried upgrading from WS FTP Sevrer v7.5 to v7.5.1.2 and still user account sync fails on the one host.
Has anyone else run into this? Any replies/info would be greatly appreciated.
